The Therapy at Home Movement & Outdoor Program focuses on building motivation for physical activity through a variety of games and activities that can be easily incorporated into your daily routines. Movement is essential for helping children’s brains to feel calm, organised and ready for learning and this program provides inspiration for how this can be incorporated to best suit your family’s needs.
There is also an emphasis on outdoor movement, so that the benefits of both physical activity and time in nature can be explored.
Through exploration of the equipment in the toolbox and the games provided in the online videos, your children will be supported to discover where they find their joy. This will provide a deeper understanding of how you can motivate them to engage in a daily movement routine to support their physical development and emotional regulation.
To further understand gross motor development, there is an improvement tracker for gauging current level of skill development and for tracking and celebrating progress throughout the program.
This program is also included in the Therapy at Home Bundle - which includes four programs plus a bonus Indoor Play Pack, which is only available as part of the bundle.
