Live Webinars / Group Telehealth Sessions:

We collect personal information from participants registering for webinar or Group Telehealth Sessions, including name, email address, and any other relevant details required for session participation.

Personal information or questions collected is used solely for the purpose of conducting and facilitating the webinar or Group Telehealth Session. We may use email addresses provided for communication related to the session, such as session reminders, updates, or follow-up information.

All data is stored securely as outlined above, interactive Group Telehealth Sessions are NOT recorded and therefore no personal information discussed during the session is collected or stored by The Play Way. 

All participants have the right to choose whether they would like to actively participate in the telehealth question and answer session by posting their questions and individual requests via email prior to the event.
