What are Masterclasses?

Therapy at Home Masterclasses offer insights and practical strategies for parents to confidently support their child’s development.

They’re a series of videos that are designed and delivered by an accredited child development professional, and they run around 40 minutes in total.

Our presenters include Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, and other child development specialists who are passionate about empowering caregivers.

Who are the Masterclasses for?

We created our Masterclasses for parents, educators and caregivers who want to support children facing developmental challenges.

They’re also a fantastic resource for therapists in their early careers, as well as caregivers who are passionate about understanding child development.
While they can be purchased with NDIS funding, at just $49, the pricing is accessible for families without NDIS funding too. See below for details.

How can I access the Masterclasses?
Accessing your Masterclass is simple. Once you’ve found the Masterclass that suits your goals and interests, add it to your cart and proceed to the checkout.
After completing your payment, you'll receive an email confirming your enrollment. From there:

  • Click the link to log in to our online platform
  • Follow the prompts to enter your email address
  • You’ll then get a link to your email inbox that will let you access the Masterclass instantly
How can I watch the Masterclasses?
You can watch your Masterclasses through our online platform using your preferred device and an internet connection. Whether it's a laptop, tablet, or smartphone, you have the flexibility to access the content at your convenience..
When can I watch the Masterclasses?
Masterclasses are available on-demand, allowing you the freedom to watch them anytime, anywhere. Whether you prefer to watch in one sitting or break it up into smaller sessions, you can pick up right where you left off whenever it suits you.
Do I have to commit to a certain time?
No. Since the Masterclasses are pre-recorded, you have the flexibility to watch them according to your own schedule, without any time constraints.

You can watch any lessons or videos at your own pace. Don’t worry about forgetting where you left off - our platform automatically saves your progress, allowing you to pick up right where you left off whenever you're ready to continue your journey.

How long do I need to wait after I order to get access to my Masterclass?
After completing the payment process through our website checkout, you'll receive immediate access to your chosen Masterclass via email. You may need to check your spam folder, and if you don’t receive an email within 30 minutes please contact [email protected].
Do I need to have any prior knowledge to benefit from this Masterclass?

No prior knowledge is required to benefit from the Masterclasses. They’re designed for everyday parents and educators seeking to enhance their understanding and skills in specific areas of child development.

Who is presenting the Masterclasses?
Each Masterclass is presented by an expert professional in their respective field. Our presenters include Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, and other child development specialists who are passionate about empowering caregivers with valuable insights and strategies.
Can I use my NDIS funds to buy Masterclasses?

If you are plan or self-managed under the NDIS, you can typically claim the cost of Masterclasses from your NDIS plan. For plan-managed individuals requiring specific invoice details, please fill out this form.

Can I purchase Therapy at Home programs and products with a Masterclass?

Please note that Therapy at Home programs cannot be purchased simultaneously with masterclasses or other products in the same cart. If you would like to also purchase programs or products, separate transactions are required.

Many people can claim parent training from the Capacity Building bucket of their NDIS plans. If you are unsure if you have this option in your plan, please speak with your LAC or Plan Manager to confirm before requesting an invoice.
